I'm talking about "Boxing people". I've read countless opinions on here that suggest Ortiz will be competitive and will cause Floyd problems. I watch his fights with Andre Berto and Peterson, and I just don't see it.

Looks to me like nobody gives ortiz a solid chance though, a lot of people do want him to brutally ko floyd, but almsot everyone seems to pick floyd to win:think

Boxing People had themselves all lathered up over Klitschko-Adamek, too.

    ...and Klitschko-Haye.

    ...and Khan-Judah.

    ...and Pacquiao-Mosley.

    When people want to believe...:conf

    It's the styles.

Mayweather does well vs people who don't have good strong jabs.

The majority of them are picking Floyd to win, for sure, but a fair few of these people are also expecting Ortiz to actually bring something to the table. I don't see him winning a round, and it's possible he won't even last the distance. Floyd isn't a big puncher, but you don't have to be when you're hitting your opponent with regularity. I expect Ortiz to be hit reguarly and fairly square on.

"Mayweather does well vs people who don't have good strong jabs"

buahahahahahahah as he does well with people who have it. There is no formula to beat this guy. Only age and inactivity can hurt Mayweather. All other guesses are only that. Stupid dreaming. For a man to go 41-0 in 5 different weight categories and never test the canvas you need to be supernatural, and thta is the poin that the morons hate to see. His worst night was when he has a broken shoulder and a broken rib and still win a get the nod. After that he has beat all boxers that he has faced in the same dominant and easy fashion.

I like Ortiz and think he is a very good fighter but when it comes to floyd is hard to bet against the guy bc he is muliti layered fighter who adjust to every type of situation. He is just a safe bet with his planb and c and f

Proves that most people really don't know **** about baaxin.

Really though, a lot of "boxing people" are fans of certain fighters and pick with their hearts and not their minds. Of course there's always room for an upset, and some fights really are pick 'em fights, but this ain't one of them. People who follow the sport unbiased (i.e. bookies) know the real deal.

ODLH "You two are gonna make me so much $ I'll be skiiing down a mountain of coke in less than a week!"

Floyd: "Please don't touch me tranny."

    Ortiz: "Where's my baseball?"

You'd think Oscar would have learned by now, after obsessing over footage of his failure in The World Awaits for four years.

It's the left you're supposed to touch him with. THE LEFT.

    He just jinxed his boy.

i feel a little bit sorry for robert garcia when he was up at the podium... he just had no responses for what mayweather was saying... put someone up there with better "public speaking" skills... floyd just destroyed them verbally.
