But he isn't the best jabber, best bodypuncher nor best at walking people down I've seen. That's what the poster was referring to. He does it well but I can name plenty of boxers that do the things the poster mentioned better than Floyd does.

And I can name at least 5 boxers in history that was faster than Floyd.

best jab? no....good jab...yes

best power? no....good power...yes

best accuracy....well...probably yes

best bodywork? no.....good bodywork...yes, and very under rated

best ring IQ...yes

so while he isn't the best in all areas...he is in some, and he is incredibly well-rounded in others

yeah, i was a bit torn...i would say floyd actually uses the ring better, but bhop uses the ref and the ring better

i also think floyd can change gears a little better than bhop..knows when to change things up..but its damn close...hard to argue against hopkins

 

Same height, and Victor has those broad shoulders - but Mosley is more of a top to bottom welterweight and even looked a solid fit at 154 (and was a massive lightweight). Ortiz is only just recently shedding his light welterweight skin.
