    endings was nice when he went all out on the jump rope and shadow boxing with weights, don't see that too often

    Nah I think his recycling & stuffing up steroids cause he knows there's no drug test close the fight that he proposed so... He's got plenty of time to train while on peds, 3 days is all he needs... He's going to become a hulk on fight night...

    yeah he looked pretty good throughout. His speed is picking up and it seems his power is too
    yeah I remember somebody saying he was sparring days before the Mosley fight. Does this guy ever need rest?

    Floyd knows his body better than anyone. If he is training 3 days before a fight, its because he wants to, not because he HAS too

    I thought he looked like he had slowed down a bit from some of the videos I watched but **** he looks lightning quick in this one.

    Not as quick as he once was. Losing a bit of speed is natural as a person ages though.

    Jones still looked fast training for Calzaghe too and had me fooled.

    well Jones still has speed even now, just not as fast, but it's not enough
