He only agreed to random test with a 14 day cutoff, but will continue to lie to the public, that there are no issues

That wasn't Manny speaking unless his English got a lot better both in articulating as well as comprehension.

I like DIRECT quotes where PAC is speaking for himself....that way there's no confusion. Anytime we get 2nd, 3rd and 4th hand information it muddy's the water.

Selective hearing again as expected from a *****. Congratulations you just put the nail on the coffin. Sept 8 2011
"Actually we offered to do it the day of the fight but the commission said its not sterile"
    1:45

Floyd creating roadblocks that he knows wont get approved. Random blood test up to the day of the fight but the commission itself doesn't want that.

Floyd : Random Blood test until the day of the fight or no fight
    Pac : I agree.
Commission : It's not sterile in the day of the fight so we won't test near the fight.
    Floyd : No fight then.

    Lol

Dude they were standing right next to each other lol, he obviously had no objections to what his primary advisor and manager said on his behalf, this following his "Floyd isn't the commission" duck the question routine, come on breh...at least be real.

That doesn't make sense since Mosley and Ortiz both agreed to the testing that Mayweather has wanted and the commission allowed it.

The point isn't for Pac to get tested close to the fight, the point is for USADA or whoever is conducting the testing to decide when to test and when to stop not Pac or Mayweather.

When 14 days was offered by Mayweather and Pac turned it down it was Mayweather shouldn't have had demands in the first place. Mayweather takes away the cut off date and Pac accepts then its 14 days or 7 days is fine. Me myself I have stated that Mayweather should have accepted 7 days if that was what was offered, he should have made the fight the second time. Not once have I heard any Pac fan say Pac should have accepted 14 days when offered the first time. Pac can never be wrong.

Best thing to do right now is wait until after these guys finish there fights and see what happends.

Bull****! Mosley tests ended 18 days before the fight. THE COMMISSION STATED THE REASON WHY, so from 0 days in which Pac camp agreed to they moved it to 14 days. And guess who went into vacation.

That was their decision to stop testing, not any of the fighters, i'm pretty sure you know the difference, but you are too much of a Pac dickrider to give a damn

Actually looking back they said that since Mosley and Mayweather's first couple of blood test didn't show any difference between each other there was no need to test further. I am pretty sure that there willingness to test close to the fight (*edit* depends on how the first few test results come back)

What is the procedure if they find a discrepancy in the blood? Do they stop testing close to the fight in fear of possible infection or do they test again close to the fight?

I keeps it real breh:rofl....It doesn't matter if Koncz was standing right next to him or not. Koncz has made NUMEROUS statements on behalf of Manny only to be undermined by PAC himself. Again....PAC's language is NOT english. There's a lot that can get lost in translation and things that he misses and Koncz didn't specify "14 Days"...he said up to "that day" which Manny could have thought was alright.

Koncz is NOT his primary advisor...he's his errand boy. And Bob, Manny and Roach all say the same thing about agreeing to ALL of Floyd's demands. Floyd doesn't even mention the testing as a problem anymore b/c everyone knows PAC is ready to take Floyd's tests. Koncz is the only idiot who can't seem to get it right. That's as real as its gonna get!
