This fight is hard to call. Cotto will have to box and at the same time land hard punches to keep Margo away. I can see him doing that for the first few rounds. At the same time, I can see Margarito pressuring and landing various shots that Cotto doesn't seem to be able to handle anymore.
Margarito still seems fresh and hungry to fight. Cotto, on the other hand, does not seem the fresh lettuce he once was.

Margarito Will gain a lot of power from this type of training, he could make Cotto his ***** again i guess.

Unless Marg's chin has fallen off....he's all wrong for Cotto. It was his pressure and chin that wore Cotto down, not any so called plaster. He broke him mentally.

What fighters can do in training is not necessarily a great indicator as to what they can/will do come fight time.

I'm surprised by how well this fight is being received by the majority of people on forums. Margarito got blasted out by Mosley and Pacquiao, yet people still excited for this match. Amazing in this climate overrun by fickle fanboys and haters. It's the way boxing should be, a couple of losses doesn't mean a fighter doesn't have more to offer. Take ATG Duran as a prime example, he went through bad sequences of losses in his early 30s, and was able to deliver a memorable fight vs Barkley in his late 30s. Hopefully Margarito and Cotto can give us another great one.

Instead of Weapon X like Wolverine, Margarito's code name is weapon MEX!

Cotto is gonna back peddle his way to a close UD imo
