A good ref should be anonymous and let the rythm of the fight flow until theres an infraction of the rules - not so Joe Cortez , he loves being in the spotlight and tries to impose himself onto the event as much as possible ( Hatton v Mayweather for example ) I detest the man to the point that as soon as it was announced as ref I though " uh-oh , no effing way - i'll follow the RBR right here on ESB instead "
I hate Cortez, he was a **** in the Khan Maidana fight so i hope we are not talking about him after tonight's fight.

LOL @ you posting this pic like it's evidence of wrongdoing on either Mayweather or Cortez's part. Hatton threw Floyd through the ropes and then tried to rabbit punch him when he was trapped after hitting him in the back of the head to begin with. This content is protected If Hatton did get ****ed over by Cortez in that fight, it was just deserts for a career built on excessive fouling in his biggest fights. Fact is that Hatton was far dirtier than Floyd in that fight.
