Gutted, just caught the ending on reply...missed the knockdown. I might just write a sternly worded letter.:yep

Not to get carried away (or overlook that Firtha got a somewhat raw deal there) - but Fury-Povetkin does sound pretty good when contrasting their performances against the big Stone Man.

Povetkin was never hurt by Firtha as Fury was, but he also never hurt him as badly as Fury did.

    Disappointing stoppage...

    Fun fight, though.

I would like to see Fury take on Robert Helenius...

Likewise, it's always been laughable when it comes to covering sports.

Bernstein is interviewing Fury, and asks if he made a dedicated effort to make the jab his primary weapon. Fury says absolutely the jab is always going to be of utmost importance to him and that improving oneself is a long and ongoing process that he's still in the midst of. He feels he was on the verge of legitimately knocking Firtha out.

Fury says he was too hungry for the knockout early and was premature, but in hindsight the cup is half full because the fans got entertained with the see-saw nature of the first few rounds.

Fury calls out Povetkin and the Klitschkos.

He watches a replay of the stoppage and compliments himself, "Good shot! :p"

He reiterates that he's always learning and analyzing his performances to take new assignments to the gym.

Mick Hennessy says there was more action in each and every round today than in all 22 rounds of Klitschko-Haye and Klitschko-Adamek combined. He's right.

He says next for Fury is a European title, then the world titles. He says in the next couple of years Fury will beat both Klitschkos. :think I don't know if he's right about that.

Mick says that the current WBA champion had a borefest with Firtha and couldn't stop him, and that Fury is a superstar in the making.

Fury says the proof is in the pudding and shouts out to the gypsy clan.

Half an hour left in the broadcast.

One more full short fight (6 rounder maybe)? Highlights/partial rounds of something from the undercard?

    More gab? :blabla
