More obviously than LaMotta Fox was going to be my thread title. By the way, when you going to be a real poster and contribute instead of acting like a caricature of yourself?

I'm shocked by the boards. Honestly, Dirrell was Abraham was an acting job but NOBODY is suspicious by this? Nobody didn't think this was ****ing odd. The entire sequence, to Ortiz non-stop smiling and totally bull**** sounding interview. To Floyd's interview... to Danny Garcia non-stop smiling after his fighter just got KTFO. WTF...

it was not a fix. It was Mayweather handpicking a guy who he knew he could beat and the public buying into the hype without realizing Ortiz was not at that high level. If people wasted their money it is their fault, no one elses. You think Shane Mosley or Delahoya would have dropped thier hands like Ortiz did?

Where was the young hungry lion or the fighter fighting like a "young man possessed." Yeah yeah, Floyd neutralized him. Chinny Ortiz? The guy looked sturdy at WW. The guy is growing and was a legitimate 165 pounds. When was the last time Floyd had a fighter lights out. One that was actually 165 pounds. WTF was Ortiz doing?

It's fix obviously there's a scripted with headbutt & apology plus the referee... PBF got an acting experience with WWE I guess it comes handy... Golden boy should be ashamed for staging this fraud fight...

Yeah, it was a black eye on boxing. Guess that's the bottom line.

It's not like I just got this idea out of a hat. I re-watched this bull****. All the reactions, and the interviews, and the fighters, and the punch, and the ref. Maybe I'm over-analyzing. But it was so bizarre if anything else.

I must admit it all looked weird when Ortiz and his team couldn't stop smiling so damn much just after getting sucker punched. It did look WWE-like : the cheap shot while the ref isn't looking, the crazy interview and the crowd booing.

But that being said, who would have fixed the fight and why ? I don't see any motive here.

I'll believe it was fixed if a rematch is made.

    Please God. No rematch.

Ortiz has said it before, he knows when to quit. He got a chance to quit while retaining $2.5 million. Why would you not be smiling. By then he knew he would not be able to win. :!:

That is what really happens. This was like a WWE event, with all the faking, etc.

I'm a floyd fan and not bashing floyd or anything, but yes that thing with how Ortiz acted looks fix. Why is he so happy and smiling, he could have also reacted after the first punch but instead continues to look at the ref. It was all weird and looks WWE to me. Joe Cortez was not looking or anything but as Ortiz dropped he started counting, just like how those dumb WWE refs act. Did they just bet on Ortiz to get KO in round 4?

I only expect that tomorrow Mayweather will have a Discualification loss on his record.
