And the same thing happened when he fought gatti. Gatti was bitching to the ref and floyd nailed him too

 

Mosley was looking at Floyd, Ortiz was looking at the referee. It wasn't nearly the same thing. Mosley would've been knocked out too, but Mosley is smart enough not to take his eyes off his opponent.

 

To me, in the Mosley match, it made Floyd look very unsportsmanlike. Same thing in the Ortiz match. Only difference is that it ended with that. Thus, making it a very unsatisfiying event...sad ending.

What Mayweather did wasn't a foul. Ortiz did foul him tho. Such bizarre turn of events...I cannot be pleased with what I witnessed.

 

Right thing, you look at a fighter in front of you and you listen to referee, you know what they say "protect your self at all times" they dont say watch your opponent at all times because its something you should know or you are stupid like ORTIZ!

I thought it was unsportsmanlike in that case as well. But that was in the middle of the ring during the actual fight, without ambiguity. An apologetic ceremony during which the referee wasn't completely clear that it was time-in, resulting in a KO in a fashion nobody paid to see, simply makes more of an impact.
