Merchant should've dropped the issue sooner. He kept pushing and obviously wanted some kind of big reaction from Floyd. What did he want him to say? That he was sorry? That he shouldn't have done? That it should've been a NC? I think to some degree Merchant set Floyd up for losing it. But Floyd could've handled it much better.
