    I lost a lot of respect for mayweather. Not his boxing talent I respect that
    More than ever. After Ortiz got hit with the left hook he should have
    Realized the fight was on. But Larry did not deserve that. An eighty year old
    Man or older has to say "if this was fifty years ago I would kick your ass"
    When floyd started acting childish, Larry was talking about how aggressive
    floyd was being. I was kinda shocked. Then floyd offering rematch. If PAC wins and
    Floyd doesn't fight him I have to question floyds atg ranking and status. I hate to
    rant but now floyd has zero class in my eyes, and although he beat oscar, hell
    Never be as great, oscar always sought the most dramatic confrontations even if
    that meant him losing.

    Floyd shitted on Merchant. Nobody respects Merchant except the fans of the fighters Merchant isn't dissing.

    Exactly. Someone should have said that to Merchant a long time ago. He needs firing.


    The only people who respect Merchant are those who dislike the fighters who he has an obvious vendetta against.


    **** Merchant. Floyd should insist that he doesn't cover any of his future fights if they are to be on HBO.

    They need to fire Steward's boring uncle tom ass. Merchant owns HBO.

    That was classic Merchant. On the other hand you could have remove Steward from the whole event and nobody would have noticed.

    Merchant has been long overdue to be sent to a pasture, but what Floyd did was undeniably disrespectful, stupid, and totally over the top. Worse than anything done in the fight. Mind-boggling to support that.

    I just think with each passing boxing event he's getting more and more drunk sounding. Every time he talks it seems like he pauses for longer, and it seems whatever insightful poetry that Larry used to convey is long gone.

    He's actually great just for his interviews, though. Although I didn't particular like his interview of Kastasdis after his brother passed away.

    100% correct.

    Larry should have been fired.

    Wrong in this event, Mayweather allowed HBO to broadcast his event over Showtime. If HBO had any sense of class they would at the least punish Merchant and suspend him, he should really be fired, but Mayweather could destroy them by going to Showtime..
