    It's a slippery slope and sets a horrible precedent.

    Are they going to refund bets on blatant robberies like Lara-Williams or Sai-Cox? Probably not.

    Why show favoritism?

    Because not enough people cared about those two fights for it to be worth it. This one gets the man in the street talking, those don't.

    You can guarantee that they checked how much they'd be refunding first, and balanced it against the free publicity..
