I think the question we all want to know is did Witter win?

Seriously though, anyone know? It's not on boxrec.

If that was the case, then they are no good for Boxing, as TV need to showcase up and coming talent.

They are, Tyson Fury, and I'm pretty sure they would have shown more of the undercard if it wasn't for the technical failings.

No I don't think so........this was strictly the Tyson Fury show.

If the fight went the distance then you wouldn't have much if any of the undercard, and if the the fight only lasted a few rounds then you would have just gotten a repeat of the fight with more analysis from the commentators.

Let's be realistic here, CH5 are after tv ratings, so deviating from the "main event" will lose them viewers so they will show as little of the undercard as possible........after all it doesn't look too good on tv when they show half empty venues.

The they did the right thing due to the blackout.... The fight went well too; not too one sided had drama and excitement, great atmosphere.... Roll on November for the next date!

Ironically Firtha did Hennessy & Ch5 & Team Fury a favour by rocking him(Fury)
in the third round.......it somehow has made Fury's opponent seem much more credible than he really was!;)

Had the third round never happened then this fight would easily be dismissed as
Fury beating up a rubbish out of shape bum.....which Firtha was in reality!;)

Quality work from C5. I really liked it but showing the fight again was silly. Would have been nice to see what Witter was up to on the undercard.

No, that's exactly what they DON'T need to do.

What undercard was shown when Eubank fought Watson/Benn on ITV?

  14. I didn't think it was silly because my signal went from the end of round 1 to the start of round 5. I was quite happy they showed it again.
