hahaha... If Floyd it says it must be all true... He really thinks Pacquiao is trying to still his fan base... Really, somebody that is partial Pacquiao's style isn't going to be a fan of Jr's style and vice versa... That statement just had me laughing...

 

Pac has no reason to duck Floyd, he loves to fight and doesnt have a reputation of avoiding risks and ducking people fighting bigger guys, the guy is a true warrior.
But there is a good chance he is very misinformed on the subject, I think maybe he even thinks he will take those tests alone and floyd wont take em.
Also having seen floyd go on rants for 10 minutes hating on pacquiao basically being jealous of the love and support the man gets. He nevers answers straight up, always the same dumb studied written lines, contradicting himself constantly.
I honestly dont get why he is scared, he has many advantages and is the logical favourite, he could have been a man after the fight and said what he wanted, instead he choose not to.
If he actually doesnt want to fight him then just say straight up I dont want to and not try to weasel out of it every time.
