Maybe Worren has lost hope with Scotland & Wales that they can attract the casual fan to boxing anymore, & he sees England as the place where he can pull more casual fans, as the hardcore fans will travel to support their boxer from Scotland & Wales anyway... & to be fair to Frank, Scotland doesnt have a boxing fanbase like England does. In fact, next to no-one gives a flying **** about boxing up here anymore sadly enough. Too obsessed with the boring old firm to worry about anything else...
