Arum Signing Bradley Appears imminent, While Timbo Warns El Terrible.

It seems as though after the whole ''has he? He has. Really? Dunno, Nah Lad Y'know what?'' saga regarding Timothy Bradley's alledged(or blatant, some would say) 'ducking' of Amir Khan, the Californian is finally going to get his career back on track after what is now 8 months of inactivity.

The news is that Bob Arum is simply waiting for his lawyers to give him the green light before he can approach Bradley, who's legal difficulties with former promoter Gary Shaw appear to be nearing a resolution.

If all eventually goes to plan, ''Desert Storm'' would make his Top Rank debut on the card of the third installment of the Manny Pacquiao-Juan Manuel Marquez rivalry, followed quickly by an appearance on the Miguel Cotto-Antonio Margarito bill, which Bradley himself hopes to be facing a man who was crowned with a title he was recently stripped of, Erik Morales.

Presumably that will be the case(fighting Morales in December), as, in all probability Bradley will be Pacquiao's(assuming he emerges with the victory) opponent if a Floyd Mayweather fight fails to materialise for the Fillipino.

 

A punch bag for Manny next year then!

Bradley shud fight Morales then Maidana and then he can claim to be the #1 in the division, see how Khan likes that.

 

Can't see Khan giving a **** as he'll have moved beyond him and up to 147 by then tbh.

 

Imagine the size of Bradley's head when Pacquaio continually lands his straight left! Damn

 

**** Morales as an opponent. If Bradley is staying at 140, only Bradley Vs Matthyse, Maidana or Khan make any sense at 140 IMO.

At 147, Berto would be my first choice. Then he has the sane scalp that made Ortiz such a viable opponent for Floyd and Manny battering Bradley will happen next year.

Shame it can't happen at 140, but Khan Vs Bradley @147 in a year down the line will still be fairly intriguing IMO. Bradley will be a fighter who loses a lot that makes him formidable moving up IMO.

Hoping all this time off means he's been in gym developing his jab and improving his punch technique etc. A brilliantly effective fighter but needs to still develop his basics because if he does he add another level to his game IMO.

Still can't believe the video with Hearns showing him how to throw a jab..
