Pac becoming great at 25 is complete bull**** and just because floyd says it doesnt make it right.
He become well known after beating barrera but its not like he didnt do anything before that.
He also wasnt a pampered olympian on a route to stardom but a malnourished teen from a 3th world country trying to make some money for food.

I knew Pac from the Nedal Hussein fight, just from boxing magazines, newspapers, and there was already big hype about him leading up to Barrera.

Unfortunately, because that dip**** Mayweather has so many mindless followers, this Pac became great at 25 bull**** gets spread across boxing forums. They're only making themselves look like fools anyway, so no harm done really.

Most people know though, pac became relevant in boxing when he beat sasakul and even more when he hit America and took out ledwaba, beating Barrera made him a star in boxing, but beating Oscar was what made him a superstar.
I just dont like how anything floyd sense turns into a valid argument used in discussions.

because he wants absolutely no part of Martinez. None. He doesn't want anything to ever happen there. So he keeps his name out of his mouth.

    Martinez KO Mayweather

It's not supposed to be a valid discussion. Floyd said it just to prevent him from being pitted against Pac. He downgrades Pac's achievements just to prevent a valid argument for him to stop ducking Pac. He just can't get away from Pac.

Even if Floyd decides to come down to 140, Pac will most likely follow him there. If Floyd decides to come up to 154, Cotto, Margarito are waiting for him and now Sergio is willing to go down all the way to 150 just to fight him. Best way for Floyd is to fight Khan and Retire. He will not be fighting Pac.

Agree on what you said, bro.

After what Mayweather keeps saying now after his fight with ortiz, I'm beginning to believe that he won't fight Pacquiao. But I still want to be proven wrong.

The fact is that Sergio is a very dangerous fight. He is bigger, stronger, fast in his own right, and very unorthodox. There are a lot of fighters that begin to hit their prime later in their career. Like others have said Sergio came into the sport of boxing very late considering most begin when they are children.

I would love to see this fight happen. Sergio would hurt Mayweather at some point during the fight. The dude now truely believes in his power and throws fast and hard as hell. He has 100% confidence in his abilities and has the hunger to overcome all odds. With having the attributes Martinez has, he is a nightmare for any fighter in any generation.

Yeah, I was gonna say, he is very good, and he is the legit champ at 160, but great??

That remains to be seen (and I really like Martinez).

Pacquiao and Mayweather are All Time Greats.

Martinez isn't an all time great. He's just a middleweight champion who became famous when he was relatively old.

because he saw the paul williams fight..... he would knock floyd out ...so floyd will discredit him by saying no one knows who he is...but fight guys like victor ortiz...who "the entire world knows" (and had been down 4 times in 2 of his biggest fights) he would fight pacman (which he wont) before sergio
