That sat down pose he was doing was purely for the cameras, then he probably said a snide remark to the cameraman and then gets infront of another camera after his farce of a fight and starts trying to act the 'bigger' man by apologising. I actually really really like Swifty but I also have no problem with Selby bouncing around over him after such a great way to win a fight.
That would probably be more than his job is worth. The cameraman probably isn't allowed to make those decisions. Someone far higher up would surely make the call whether to use the pictures or not
me too. part of me cant have sympathy for smith because if he had of knocked selby out, he would have celebrated like there was no tomorrow
Hes a public figure (to some degree) and his brother is a professional boxer boxing on the same bill, so its not like its like he watched him get assaulted in some bar by a random and it was out of the blue. as soon as the younger smith looked to be ok after getting to his feet, its all good
I know yeah. The cameraman was fine before the fights watching them all have a bit of banter and warming up but he's a problem all of a sudden when a fighter gets knocked out. It's boxing, you have to expect sometimes that people are gonna get cleaned out. Smith wants to just thank his lucky stars that he had another gimme fight lined up instead of fighting anyone of note as he may have suffered in the ring himself

The shite being spouted on this thread is ridiculous. Selby bouncing around like a lunatic before being told by his own corner to calm the **** down WAS out of order. Smith kicking off at a camera man WAS out of order. What happened between the ropes to ste smith was a great fight until the ko ended it. Anyone can get bingo'd, it happened to smith and will continue to happen to worse and better fighters. Emotions are funny things aren't they? I think on here it's a case of say you hate a smith as much as you can and eventually everyone will believe it.
i dont think selby knew how bad swifty was hurt thats why he also pushed him down but its boxing cockiness comes with it Ali did and many others do they are there to hurt each other so when you finish some one like that its kind of expected

The cameraman filmed it (quite rightly) If they dont want to see each other get beat or knocked out dont fight on the same bill....simples! Selby wasnt that out of order as he didnt really know how hurt Smith was..and he wasnt!
Bollocks. Smith was receiving oxygen. The ref didn't even finish the count. Selby should've know, his corner ****ing knew. Maybe you're right about the Brothers not watching each other fight though. I don't pick and choose I say it how I see it.
