He has said something specific that they(Pac's camp) want to be notified when the testers are coming. Mayweather has made this claim for a long time now though it has not been followed up.

If true why would Pac want to be notified when they are comming? What is that going to do for him?

If floyd wants to prove that Pac is lying, he should pursue the fight. But dissing out old LArry Merchant to avoid the Pacquiao question and avoiding the issue generally isn't helping Floyd. All it proves is that Pac already agreed to take the test and Floyd is pretending not to have heard it,still singing the same tired tune.

Pac: I will take the test Floyd

Floyd: If you're the best, take the test

Pac: i said i will take it already, what more do you want

Floyd: If you're the best, take the test. I'll probably go on another vacation lmao

Yea but if he is agreeing to the test but wants to be notified each time they are coming then don't you see a problem there?

Don't know if its true or not true but the fight hasn't been made yet and Mayweather is claiming that they aren't agreeing to the test while Pac is saying he is so something has to give. Maybe Pac is agreeing to the testing but wants to be notified when they come. That makes sense to why Pac is saying he agrees and why Mayweather is saying he isn't.

Mayweather has made this claim before and they have never denied it either.

I tell you what if Pac came out and denied it then I would believe him, how about that.

The problem with this is that questions are answered on a direct basis.

They need to be in front of each other, talking. Otherwise, theres a good chance it won't be heard, youtube has hundreds/thousands of videos being posted every day.

It's not like either fighter will waste their time scouring the ends of the internet to deny any accusation made.

BUll****. You pulled that one straight off your ass. No one said Pac demanded notice. Arum said they will take the test under WADA in the pHilippines and USADA in the US. So where did tha notice issue come from? Right, straight from your dumbass

Look at you getting all emotional and ****.

Mayweather made this claim when he first came out of vacation mode, said this on f-hype around the time when he was talking about the robe he was going to wear for the Pac fight and around the time he denied the 100mil offer.

It makes sense to me though so I ain't ruling it out. I would like a reporter to follow up on this though.

He first said it on f-hype when he was talking about his rob, the 100mil offer etc when he came out of vacation before he signed up to fight Ortiz. May have been before Ortiz even fought Berto dont' remember. But I do remember thim claiming so in the past.

I know its easy for detractorsr to just claim that Mayweather doesn't want the fight and is just saying Pac hasn't agree because he is scared. But this seems like it makes sense and I would like to see a reporter follow up on it to see what Manny says about it.

I love how Floyd fans are so quick to be all back OSDT, but don't ask for a "fair playing field" from ALL boxers in ALL fights. Why didn't Said Ouali and Jessie "The Future" Vargas undergo OSDT? I mean, isn't Money May all about cleaning up the sport of boxing? They are fighters under his "stable," so what the ****? Because you guys know that the whole OSDT is a tailor made excuse just to duck Pacquiao. If Floyd was a level playing field kind of guy, he would have stopped at the first sucker punch.

Protect yourself at all times. If you're the best, take the test.
