Let’s hope it only goes a round. Rogan’s taken a fair few beatings since he won PF, he doesn’t need more.

If it keeps Fury busy I can't see this is a bad fight. He's still learning his trade and HW division is so shite that stepping up is going to be against top 20 fighter - don't see need for that just yet if he's keeping busy, getting good exposure on terrestrial TV.

If Fury is going to keep fighting regularly then he can get away with the odd dissapointing fight. Rogan is a step up from Firtha but a step down from Chisora, I hope he fights a big American name after Rogan, there are plenty of them out there.

people asking for rogan to be beaten up? jesus...

tyson should obviously take care of him, but its the manner and style in which he does it. hopefully rogan can still take shots and it will make for a entertaining, if one sided scrap.i thought Mandana is right, theres a marked improvement in his balance. he needs to get into shape though and im not saying he has to look like wlad, but love handles gota go and conditioning has got to get way better. as for rogan, he should probably retire if he takes a beating but hopefully hes rewarded because as much as he turns some of you off outside the ring, he was a warrior and give some good nights

Should be a decent fight, Rogan could possibly still have enough to beat Fury, im not sure it'll be quite as one sided as many think, Rogan is durable and puts a lot of pressure on his opponents and Fury doesnt seem to deal too well with that, plus Fury's chin isnt as durable as Rogans, and if Rogan turns it into a brawl, he has a decent chance of winning b stoppage. Fury looked pretty vulnerable at times against Chisora and even against Firtha. I wouldnt be too quick to write Rogan off completely IMO hes tougher (though less skilled) than Fury.

Rogan is a step down from Firtha, he's a step down from that Brazilain dude too. He's well past it. Who are these big American names your on about?

I dont see why people all of a sudden see Rogan as a bum, he had two good wars with Sexton. The Americans I was thinking of were Arreola, King Pin and Chambers.

Hopefully it will happen sooner rather than later. If I was Rogan I would have looked for this fight years ago. Fury is improving as time goes by and Rogan is declining.

I think that although Klitschko and Holyfield are clearly faded from where they were, they started out with rather more than Rogan ever had, so that is a slightly bizarre analogy!

I still think it would be an OK fight. Fury isnt a massive puncher and Rogan isnt that shot that hes being hurt everytime he fights. Hes only lost to sexton via an eye injury when he had the fight won then he called time when he was injured. I still Rogan would ask Fury some questions - would be another fight to get his range down work on the jab and straighten some of his punches up. If Rogan wins hes back in the domestic mix, Those saying Fury should go in the likes of Grant, Chambers and Johnson are on crak, grant could probably take him out and if Chambers can outbox Dimetrenko then he can do the same to Fury. Kingpin might be defensive but hes still more sound that Fury, tyson needs to bide his time keep learning. An agressive tuff fighter in the opposite corner is exaclty what he needs
