I think we’re confusing miles with metres with metres and confusing it with miles.

How do you mix up 14-16 with 10? The world record for the 10k is 26 minutes so if you're running it in 30 minutes you're a very good runner or full of shite. My guess is the latter.

Froch apparently does it in 34 mins and he's an elite athlete - doubt you are fitter or quicker!

Still all achievable IMO...... you can obtain speed, power, durability and all those god given gifts.

I was talking to my coach and we were discussing if we should increase the distance and whilst talking at typing i mixed the numbers up.. 10 in 35 minutes is good tho? If you said the world record for 10K is 26minutes and i do it 9 minutes slower doesnt sound very good .. And no im not full of shite, the distance is measured with track laps and we use a stopwatch, 00:34:39

And anyway are we gonna get an answer on if you’re a right handed southpaw or a forced lefty...... I don’t even think you know.

I consider myself a right handed southpaw that is left eye dominant. Not that it matters at all, you weird ****.

Your coach has no idea how to train an athlete then, you need to be doing intervals. Do a 10k once a week if you must. I don't think you really know how far you run anyway, you guessed your distance then said a time that you think is good. You said 30-35 minutes for 14-16 then you come back saying 10 at exactly 34:39. You don't need to impress anyone kid, just train and train as hard as you can, there's always going to be someone who can run faster than you. Just a reminder, you're a boxer not a runner. If you actually did run 10k (I don't believe you did for a second btw) in that time accidently then you should probably be a runner instead though.
