Tony Canzoneri was a magical fighter, and one of the greatest P4P fighters that ever lived. A spiteful puncher with defensive abilities to match anyone you want to name, he was one of the most formidable fighters in an era packed with class and violence.

Canzoneri fought for the Bantamweight title against ATG 'Bud' Taylor twice (0-1-1) and beat him in a non-title fight in the same year, beat amazing boxers Johnny Dundee and Benny Bass, both great 126lbers for the World Featherweight title, lost against expert scientist Sammy Mandell for the lightweight title, won both Lightweight and Light Welterweight World championships by sparking Jackie Berg, 1-1 with legendary P4Per Jimmy McLarnin in two savage fights, holding a win over ATG Lightweight Lou Ambers, and beat the reigning Super Featherweight (and future Featherweight kingpin) Kid Chocolate.

In a total of 175 bouts he was stopped only once, in his final matchup, against the murderous punching young buck Al 'Bummy' Davis.

Ross, by only one or two places. I have Ross at 10 and Canz' no lower than 13.

Berg was an ace fighter, and the best 10 stone fighter we've ever had. Beat Chocolate in the States and was a massive draw over there. Pretty ugly fighter to watch though.
