Think about it logically. Who the hell is Donaire going to fight, and beat, to get there? Manny spent years beating, granted, old, semi retired versions of Morales, and Barrera, and he got nowhere near for 4-5 years

Khan and Gamboa have way too many flaws compared to Ward, who is mentally strong and very versatile. Khan and Gamboa are flashier and more exciting to watch, but Ward is far superior than them.
