a peak tyson would have murdered a peak ali. smokin joe ****ed ali up with one hand. tyson would have slaughtered ali with two.

    That wasn't a peak Ali...

As for Tyson being ranked below Calzaghe, I've said it already in here. His resume doesn't stack up to Joe's. There's no "Bernard Hopkins" on Tyson's resume. There's probably not a Chris Eubank or Kessler either...

i just cant accept calz anywhere near a top 100. i know this list is just an opinion (and a very good one at that). but calz best win was against kessler, any other name he beat were shot. iv also never seen anyone with that many gift stoppages.

Good to see you managed the impossible and found someone in Wales with an IQ over 7 in order to format a response.

um. when do you rate ali as 'peak'? i presume you believe ali peaked around the same age as tyson?

would that ali have beaten a peak george foreman? i doubt it. ali would have tried to box the 15 rounds, and never would have survived.

thats whats so hard about doing these sort of ratings. do you judge a fighter on their peak years? or by their whole career?

a peak tyson was the most stunning heavyweight in history. its doubtful any heavy could have beaten him. not while cus was alive..

Prime Ali was in my opinion 1965/66. I don't think Mike gets close to him. As for the list, it's over the body of a career, not a portion if it. Tyson had the potential to be a hell of a lot better historically than he ended up.
