anyoen notice this after sparring a couple rounds your power starts to diminish, becomes more sloppy and effects your opponent less, its not with everyone.

but Ive seen it also in tv fights where fighters punches lose there zip in the later rounds from fighters.

it effects everyone differently depending on there conditioning
any ideas on how to improve punching endurance?

I have never noticed such a thing in all the years I've watched combat sports!

Maybe you should try punching more.......

    I've never noticed that!

This weird thing happened this morning; I was out walking the dog and I walked through the park by an apple tree, suddenly an apple detached itself from the tree and fell DOWNWARDS.... couldn't ****ing believe it! It seems it's being a day of discovery.

its called getting TIRED. When I use to box we use to shadowbox with wrist weights, that gives you natural resistance, then you take the wrist weights off you punch harder, faster, and can punch longer

Sometimes it takes more effort to keep your hands with the same guard all the time.

Energy/vibrations cure bodily pains......... like acupuncture.

    Same thing.

TS, what you're trying to describe is called fatigue. Its when the body is running low on glycogen and lactic acid starts to build up in the muscles.
