Carrera is walking onto some stupid lefts in the 4th, throwing his power shots from too far out. He pushes Landeros up against the ropes and lands a pretty blatantly low hook that drags across his groin. Good action, toe to toe. Landeros is moving and boxing pretty well toward the end.

 

Round 5

Carrera chases and jabs. Landeros tries to hack away at him falling in to lean when his feet can't keep him away. Carrera seems to be hurting him with body shots. Big hooks to the stomach are making Landeros wince and hold. Landeros is breathing through his mouth and affected badly by every Carrera shot below the ribs. Landeros is pinned on the ropes and grabs on tight, killing some time. More body punches by Carrera as he pushes Landeros back across the ring again and then slams a right hand down on the top of his head. Big looping right hand by Landeros buys him a moment's reprieve. Carrera then picks the body attack back up and gets Landeros back on the ropes and wheezing in big heaves. Landeros breaks into a very fast trot to his left while popping out light jabs, but can't get away from Carrera and his nasty left hooks to the body planted firmly while ducking inside.

Round 6

BIG overhand right by Carrera, snaps Landeros' head right away. Another one. Body left hooks by Carrera. Landeros is looking like a straw hut in a hurricane. Carrera comes forward but eats a few hard right hands as the wily veteran summons up his reserves of strength and puts some forward torque into them from his knees. They're trading uppercuts toe to toe! Great stuff. Landeros doesn't want to lay down, despite clearly being in a world of pain. Carrera throws to the body and collapses atop Landeros against the ropes. Both are tired. Carrera is exhausting himself throwing brutal organ-busting left hooks to the body. He keeps loading up and landing them. Landeros keeps looking like he's about to burst into tears but keeps slugging right back! Right hands! Uppercuts! A storm of punches both ways as Landeros makes his last stand (or "last sit", propped against the ropes).

That was his comeback after a three year layoff following an ass-kicking at the hands of the average (at best) Bernabe Concepcion.

Landeros is a tough breed of journeyman, so it's no surprise that was somewhat competitive. Carrera isn't on the level of prospect/contender that thoroughly outclasses guys like him.
