Obviously because 1 of the editors from Boxrec read Brock Ellis's article & decided to jump the gun. Boxrec is best used simply as a guide for lots of its rankings, some of its schedule is accurate & a great database for results.
It says Iannazzo has declined the chance to meet John. I would have thought this was the kind of opportunity he was looking for.
Ianazzo has not declined...he is not even ranked with the WBA, which is why he may be fighting Yordan...contrary to some of these reports its not finalised. Too many people here jumping the gun.
It was entered into Boxrec by a European Editor, Im not sure why he inserted it to be honest. Ive now deleted that fight.
Exactly. In the coming days some of these decisions may be finalised...hilarious when nothing for any of these fights have been signed.

Its pretty easy to get a bout on boxrec. One person contacts one of the editors and tells him the match has been made, the editor then puts it on boxrec until he gets further information that would say otherwise. It happen to me a few yrs ago, i told the promoter i wanted video tape, he said ok its on the way, put me on boxrec then told me i wouldnt be getting no video tape lol , anyone can do it as long as they know one of the editors.
I know TC bud...thanks to my matchmaker mate Pat Kennedy i got Pat Kennedy vs Jeffrey Bohol on boxrec. Jeffrey was training 1 of the Filo's & Pat was the chief matchmaker. Jeffrey got a big kick out of it.:rofl
