The live show is shown as starting at 8.00pm and finishing at 10.00pm. This is the same as a Sky show. I thought a boxing channel would have every undercard fight with mega build up and lots of post fight analysis.
They're not gonna show every undercard fight. No broadcaster has ever done that to my knowledge. Plus it's Liam Walsh.. in this case, the less build up the better :good
I fully expect them to **** it up by going in direct opossition to Sky any by doing the same dumb thing of thinking twats talking is better than showing fights. I will be very surprised to see Boxnation bother to record the full undercards to show to the fans even at a later date or in full after the 'proper' show has finished.
There's never been a dedicated boxing channel. I'd have thought that they'd base their entire days / evening programming around whatever live card they're covering that would include all of the undercard and some studio chit chat.
I really hope so. I can understand them doing the usual main event and one or two undercard fights with the usual prodcution and talkie shitie bits and not showing the undercard straight through from start to finish but I would really expect the undercard fights to be shown at some point even at a later date.
Boxnation's website is saying that the programme starts at 19.00 so hopefully that means some decent undercard action.
What is the date the subscription kicks in? I was assuming it may be 1st Nov, just in time for the bonfire night bonanza!
