Fury took a few decent shots off Del-Boy and while he was hurt he stayed calm, covered up and recovered quickly. I reckon he has a decent set of whiskers and doesn't lose his senses when he gets hits with big hurtful shots.

Chin, size and stamina gives him a great shot against any of the other contenders I reckon. He would be hard to beat for any of them. Best waiting for the K's to retire before making his charge though.

Was it me or did Michael Sprott overacheive today?

I had it 115-112 for Dimi, counting the 2 point deductions, and not scoring the 1 legit KD by Sprott. W/O the deductions and with the real body KO, I had it a 114-114 draw. Pretty sad for Dimi to struggle with Sprott like that.

What I want to know is either Dimi's power at HW is serously overrated along with his punch resistance, or if Sprott is a little less shot than we initially thought.:huh

MO Harris is considered a legit contender with his 10-12 losses, and not nearly as many big wins. Had Sprott been dealt with properly by Luigi/Mario, whichever, and been awarded the body shot KD, and not penalized for Dimis flopping, and had he actually gotten a TKO win, which was clearly coming w/o Luigis interference, where would that put Sprott in relation to a big payday.

And btw.....for Fury's people....... guess what.....Sprott is OUT of the ****ING question. He's 3X the fighter Firtha is, and will KTFO of Fury at his earliest convenience.

Can't wait for Dimi/Fury......both great hands and size, neither with any serious power, and both, apparently lacking the grill, but I give the edge in chin to Dimi for simply surviving the power of Sprott.

Fury was ready to go when the ref stopped his fight with Firtha. The ref saved Dimi today, but Dimi made it to the bell, and didnt need the ref to stop Sprott like Fury needed him to stop Firtha.

Helenius won't waste his time.....Universum has ZERO $$$$$ to offer. This fight wouldn't cover Robbe's traveling expenses.:lol:

But if it were to be made, and Helenius simply accepted the fight for pride and training/travel expenses, I gotta think Dimitrenko would throw his belt into the trash can faster than Bowe, and take a 30/70 split to get it over with vs Vitali.

Dimitrenko should cash out against one of the Klitschkos, he isn'tr going anywhere (judging by the round by round since I haven't actually seen this fight yet) and judging by his loss to Chambers as well as other lackluster affairs.

Dimitrenko is NOT altogether DONE. He does have EXCELLENT footwork, fast hands, and an underrated arsenal.

But what he so seriously lacks is any form of upperbody strength, and like a young version of Wlad, doesn't tie up very well. So many big guys have that coordination trouble, and Dimi's one of em.

A better trainer, and a MUCH better strength and conditioning coach, and if he could put on 20-30 lbs, he could be a factor.... at least he's more a threat than Fury, Boystov and Solis. I couldn't see Ray Austin lasting vs this Dimi like he did vs Solis, and Dimi would definitely wouldnt nearly be out on his feet vs Firtha. But still, a big payday and a quick KO loss to the Vitali would suit him, soas he could line up a list of C and Dclass fighters like Arreola has and then get another payday vs Wlad.:think

How anybody can say Dimitrenko is a must fight for wlad is crazy

Wlad would DESTROY this guy. Simple as that.... this fight with Sprott proved it
