    pacquiao.. i would have went for mayweather if it had not been for his retirements/vacations/fights once a year because he lost his urge moment..

    Depends on if you actually watch thier fights.

    Pac has the better wins, cleaner, more decisive, and more dangerous.

    Floyd has the more stylish wins, but with his cheating style of hitting after the break, elbowing, ducking below the waist etc etc etc......it's hard to rate his best wins...Mosely(cheated)Gatti(cheated) Hatton (cheated) Castillo(cheated)

    His fight with Oscar was surprisingly clean, but IMO Oscar was finished by BHOP and the fight was only made with $$$$$ signs in mind.

    Pacquiao . in 20 years people will look at floyd as a gifted fighter but somewhat wasted talent . Manny will be remembered as a Beast who brought excitement in the ring IMO . Some people might not like it , But honestly thats just how i see it .

    that's also how i project it would be.. mainly because of those lay offs
