Khan wears a small ****stan flag on his shorts, Haye always has a small Turkish one.
People are proud of their heratege, just like Oscars funky shorts in the Vargas fight

Haye doesnt wear a turkish one, its a cyprus flag, booth was born in cyprus to british parents (maybe a military base as we have a couple there), haye actually became an honourary citizen of cyprus for things he has done in promoting the country as thats where he trains

Christ i hate that analogy. A more appropriate one would be "if a pig of polish stock is born in a british pigsty does that make it a british pig? Yes."

Haye wears the 'Turkish' one because of where he now lives/and trains, the Turkish republic of Northern Cyprus

    I assume minority boxers

Haye, Khan, Harrison etc, wear it simply because they know that English support is like no other, and they want the home fans to support them

    Same reason I'd do it

no one who calls themself an "irishman" would wear a British flag on their shorts - it's ridiculous and can only be a misguided attempt to garner more support
