I would have to say Roy Jones, and not taking the past 5 years into consideration. That not to say that he wasn't great, he had natural athletic ability, and he made sure he did not get tagged. Even before he lost to Tarver I had my doubts about him, and his avoiding fighters that could have made is legacy even greater.

    ODLH.

Lost most of his big time fights:

    Trinidad, Mosley, Hopkins, Mayweather, Pacquiao

    A couple wins were questionable:

    Whitaker, Sturm

    Miguel Cotto easily.

No shame in losing at the top level once in a while. That's the sign of good competition. Oscar fought everyone and came up short once in a while. He's been better about matchmaking than any top level money fighter in a long time.

ODLH was not over rated there is no shame in losing to the best.

As far as his loses goes:

Trinindad-Oscar clearly won that fight and laid the blueprint to beating the hof'er

Mosley-Even back when Mosley was Ko'ing people at 135 I always felt something about him wasn't natural, to his unreal speed/power, him being a 135 but looking like a SMW body wise, then we find out about balco, both wins get an * for me, the first match was a toss up, and Oscar clearly won the second

Hopkins-Solid showing in a weight class he had no business being in, and was winning on one card, before the phantom body punch and taking a dive for his newly acquired fighter

Mayweather-Was his best showing in a loss, I feel Mayweather's antic's in the 24/7 gave Oscar that much motivation, to fighting possessed, Mayweather adjusted and beat him at his own game, and boxed the **** out of him

Manny Pacquiao- A horrible ass whopping in clinic displayed in Manny's best match, we can't ignore that Oscar was severely weight drained though

All in all the only bad loss he had really was Pacquiao, and the so called win vs Sturm

He was so dominant in the ring, it's hard for me to support this statement. I'm 35 and watched his rise and fall.

However, if you attribute that dominance to PED's then you have a case.

Holyfield turned it down because Jones wanted 82% of the purse and King wanted options if Holyfield won.

Just look at the facts, blinding speed comparable to FW, one punch KO power, ripped from front to back, like a horse, notice after he got popped in the Hall fight his body definition got noticeably smaller, plus his skin became flabby on his back and face. Plus with rumors of his laziness in training, chasing chickens and things of that nature, with how his body looked in his prime, just didn't add up
