If Margarito applies intelligent pressure instead of the run of the mill, over the counter, plain pressure, Margarito would win.

But if Gayweather equally applies intelligent pressure, then their intelligent pressure would cancel out and they would both be fighting with plain pressure.

Now, plain pressure would not be simply plain pressure, because there is another component to plain pressure, which is smart pressure. Assuming that Margarito's plain pressure has a tinge of smart pressure, but gayweather's plain pressure would have a bigger tinge of smart pressure, then what detrmines the outcome of the fight would be intelligent counter.

Assuming of course that Gayweather has 100 intelligent counters and Margarito has only 10 intelligent counters, then to even up, Margarito has to up his ante and raise his intelligent jab, which is more powerful than plain jab.

Of course while trying to raise his ante, the psychologist has to apply his MW standardized IQ test for testing intelligent pressure, together with BB standardized intelligent boxing skill test to make sure that both fighters are maxing out their intelligence while fighting.
