    i honestly beleive joe would beat a prime roy jones and hopkins but mayweathers record is better without a doubt.

    Why is it so ludicrous that Joe would be considered the better fighter?

    Joe has proved he is better by having the single best win out of their combined record - that's if we're going by their records rather than ability.

    Just looking solely at ability it's not beyond the realms of reality to consider Joe the more able boxer.

    Joe has the best win, proving he is better. The proof is in the pudding, that pudding being the great Bernard Hopkins.

    Mayweather had one disputed win on his record, against Castillo, who he gave a rematch to and beat decisively. Calzaghe had two, against Reid and Hopkins, and he didn't rematch either of them. He was happy to give a rematch to Mario Veit though.
