Guzman was and still is undefeated and was rated number 1 right behind Pac for a while at 130

no. guzman was nowhere near the class of any of the mexican trio pac has faced and defeated. not to mention the fact that barrera was a lot bigger draw than guzman

But he already fricken annihlated Barrera years before when he was in his prime, what's the point in a rematch? :patsch
Guzman was at the top of the division with the trio for a long time and Pac made time to fight all of them multiple times, but never fought Guzman

Fire in the camp, metal plate, falling out with his manager, unprepared, not enough time to scout an unknown Pac, etc. were some of the reasons Barrera cited for his annihilation. The legend that he was (and is), he sure deserved the benefit of the doubt and was thus given the rematch, why wouldn't he? After all he gave a virtually unknown Pac a crack at him... How is that hard to understand, eh *****?

Meantime, undisciplined and unprofessional that he was, fatso Guzman would rather have more Big Macs on the sidelines... :tired

you guys are underrating Guzman way too much and the sylistic problems who pose for Pacquiao too much.

Plus I would understand if the first Barrera fight was competitive, but it wasn't

Have you noticed that all the bitches on here no longer call for OSDT? Why? because Jr had no idea what it is and either do they. They just know Jrs tests have been exposed as BS.

Not our fault. If he wasn't such a ***** believing his own hype before he even got into the threshold of greatness ala the 3 [mexican] amigos, and stayed focused and disciplined enough, he would have gotten all the respect his raw talents deserved.

You missed the point. The 'benefit of the doubt' was not hinged on any sort of competitiveness but on the reputation and respect that name evoked.

 @guzman a stylistic problem for pac. he has average skills, average speed and below average power at 130. lol @that. guzman was never good in counters and cant fight on his backfoot. he needs to plant his foot before unloading his shots. no way he can be a stylistic problem for pac.

spin it all you want but the fact that guzman was nowhere near the league of the mexi trio remains lol. plus, the mexi trio were money fights for pac.
