I'm trying to wonder whether or not Roach is playing mind-games when giving out this information. Either he's comfortable enough with someone like Nacho in the opposite corner that certain things are common knowledge between them concerning what they will try to do, or he's trying to get them to think something different than what they're really doing, because I don't believe Roach is dumb enough to give details of a game-plan unless it were either assumed or false information.

Might be the only way Floyd will consider fighting Pac!

Probably a simple case of Roach setting himself up for a lot of credit after the fight.

Anybody who discredits Pac's win over Cotto and Hatton is a mindless sheep. Never ever take these people seriously.

BTT, knowing Roach, I don't think he would be sending strategies over to Marquez not unless he's that confident at beating the champ.

Aside, anybody here been to Baguio lately? Heard the camp were still open for the public (at least some parts of it).
My friend (the tall hottie) just been there over the weekend:

Tazo, those guys in the Marquez camp are ultra proffesionals......I think that burns Freddie Roach inside.

Its not just Marquez that Roach dislikes, I think Roach dislikes Nacho because he can out-coach him and give better advice inbetween rounds.

Tazo, there's not a ****ing thing Roach can do to tweak the way Pacquiao goes about it against Marquez.

If Roach sends Pacquiao out there to outbox Marquez, Pacquiao's getting throroughly embarrased.

If Pacquiao attempts to match x's and o's with Marquez, he's going to find himself in a confused state, and just like the other two fights, all Pacquiao can do is go full throttle and take it to Marquez.

I think this time Pacquiao has to pray Marquez has gotten to old, slow, and cant keep up with the pace as a welterweight, otherwise its going to be the same old story, Marquez boxing the pants off of the PED user once again.

I think even a visibly faded Marquez will outbox Pacquiao if boxing is what Pacquiao choses to do.

To win legitimately, Pacquiao has got to take the fight to Marquez and hope the old man can no longer hang with the higher weight and pace.

LOL:lol:I'm convinced Tazo, anytime Nacho hears that Roach is talking about tweaking Pacquiao's style and the way he goes about fighting Marquez, Nacho has got to be salivating with a grin on his face in the knowing that its Pacquiao (the supposed winner) who feels the need to change his gameplan and make adjustments.

As Nacho has said before, the more Pacquiao settles into a more controlled type boxer type, the better and easier it gets for his fighter who he knows is a master at that particular craft.:yep

Which is why it's always been a joke of a fight even before divac switched sides from "avoiding JMM like the plague" to "will blow an old JMM away".

There's some truth to that though. THis fight should have taken place right after the second and very controversial fight. The fact that Pac took a smaller purse to
fight Diaz afterwards made it look like a bit of a duck.

His gameplan is not to get knocked down. Sounds kind of cliche but that was the difference in their last fight and he probably would have won or been another draw if it wasn't for that.

    Who's switched sides?

I've always said this fight should be taking place at 140 lbs.
The weight issue along with Marquez age is whats troubling me to pick Marquez outright to win.

I believe fightnight the PED user will weigh at 150 lbs, and thats asking alot of a bloated lightweight to go up against.

If Pacquiao on fight night is at 148 lbs and below, lookout because Marquez imo still has some in the tank to score the trifecta.
