Africans exchanged genes with Middle Easterners and Europeans for centuries on the major connection points, and these genes filtered back (to varying degrees) back to the interior. Everybody on earth, "African" and otherwise, numbers Julius Caesar among his distant male relatives if you go back far enough. By the same token, EVERYBODY also shares a lot of "black" male relatives if you go back a few thousand (not even tens of thousands, but only a few thousand) years and extend the family tree far enough.

When you actually start moving across geographic space, "race" looks a lot more like a genetic continuum.

Fact is, Egyptians from the Predynastic up until the end of Pharaonic Egypt display sharp African traits - and there is plenty of peer-reviewed objective research to back up this claim.

Dynastic Egypt has ALWAYS been populated with indigenous African people and NOT foreign invaders are you seem to suggest.
