Then think objectively. How can you rely on a statement when you don't even know who the source is?

  2. that was good. really.

Thanks, to you and Uncle Rico. And Lance Uppercut.

This particular issue is one I have followed closely. It's been spun, distorted, misrepresented, etc in the last year or so, and it's annoying.

The next fight for each man (Pac, PBF) seems to be Bradley and ODLH. The Pac-Bradley thing is likely a done deal if Bradley gets free of his former promoters, and the ODLH-Mayweather II build-up seems to be gaining steam by the minute.

I hope Mayweather and Khan fight, but that may not happen. We'll see.

How would they prove the nonexistence of something of which they wouldn't even know the location or source?

    Well, well, well.

Paulfv sticks his head out after making an arse of himself with his misinformed posts and false indignation around the email issue in the 'Koncz Fired' thread (Link).

Perhaps you can get around to responding to
    This content is protected
which exposed your ridiculous assertions and that you never addressed.

I expect another tail-tuck and run from you, though.

I'm not going to weigh in on all of this ****-tossing crap, but I will say that due diligence in contract negotiations always go over every possibility and adds a consequence for it. If you're part of a Legal team in charge of putting together a contract, you don't have to know, or even suspect that your client is guilty of an infraction to want to discuss the possibility of the infraction or what happens when an infraction occurs. It's part of your job.

You would have a bunch of idiots for advisors if they didn't bring up the question, "So let's say there was a positive test. What happens then?" for the same reason you would be an idiot if you told your girl, "Why would we ever need a prenupt? We're going to be married forever and I'm sure we'll never cheat on each other or fall out of love"

Having said that, it seems most sources associated with reporting that email have been refuted anyway.

This. People are stupid. And if there are emails out there, then somebody has them, and no body have proved that they exist. Either give proof or stfu.

Exactly. There is no need to even waste time debating this non-issue. Floyd takes every chance to discredit Pac. If such an email did exist it would've been released everywhere.

why does the burden of proof always lie in the accused in this place? what ever happened to innocent until proven guilty?
