I think he meant to say Pac refused Atlas's services when Roach was busy training Oscar De La Hoya for his fight with Floyd. Pac chose to train with Freddie's assistant at the time Justln Fortune. This was 6 years after Atlas passed on Pac in 2001 according to what I understand from unkindworld.

I always wondered too why Atlas hated Pac so much. Now I understand. He could have had what Freddie Roach has and he passed on it. It's like throwing away a winning lottery ticket before the drawing.

    Thanks for the info!

Thanks you too for clarifying. Since I'm just a rather casual fan I seldom recall all of the events and names. I'm pretty introverted so I do not post much. I registered to see the links for information. But I have heard some rumors on the Pac camp from the earlier years since a buddy of mine was once part of it.

  9. Yea right!! The only thing Pac beat'n is them damn blood urine test

My uncle is good friends with Pac. We'll get to hang out at Pac's condo once again hopefully before the JMM fight. I'll make sure to ask someone who may know to confirm.

Wow, must be really great for you guys. Do you think you could also confirm whether Pacman made JMM wait for 4 years because JMM made him wait that long for the second fight? That was the last info I got. The David Diaz fight was made as revenge for making him wait until 2008 for the rematch. The rumors I had is that Pac wanted a guaranteed 3,125,000 USD for the match, which is 100 times the 31,250 USD that JMM received for the Chris John fight in 2004, when JMM refused the rematch.

Who knows........if Floyd finds come confidence going in against Pac we will get to see him take Floyds special tests.:D Floyds too worried about his own ass which is why he's reluctant to make the fight. Floyd losing would be a major event in the lives of delusional *****s. Get a grip son.

Or drafting Sam Bowie ahead of Jordan. Jordan, like Pac back then, must've been average. Both went on to be the greatest of the their generations. Roids are a hell of a drug
