How many pull ups can you guys do?

    what grip do you use?

I started doing this is in mid july. I increased from doing 2 to doing 12 straight. I feel overall stronger. IMO the best upper body exercise!:deal

this is also, in my view a real test of strength!

Pullups is palms facing away from you, chinups are palms facing you and that picture is neutral grip pullups.

Weight is about 175lbs. I can do about 12-15 chinups and maybe 10 pullups, that's full reps, arms locked out after each, none of the silly down to 90 degree half ROM crap we all see at the gym on a daily basis.

<Waiting for aramini to post about how he can do 50, post videos and write a full story all about his weight, training, looks etc etc>

I'm not the best at any pulling movement.

My Deadlift is good, but Pull up's/Rows etc i am not that good at.

oh my bad. I haven't went all out on those in a while, but at my best, i could do 26 or 27 pullups with my palm facing away. I never really did chin ups though

I'm 200 lbs, My best is 15 pullups, full range of motion, no swing. Anyone doing over 20 from dead hang is phenomenal.

I agree this is one of the best. I have found that by deadlifting all other pulling movements increase. Just a thought.

I like to do 8 sets of 25 twice a week. 4 in the morning at the park, and 4 in the evening at the park.

    Pullups, palms away.

About 4 pullups(palms away). 8-12 chin-ups(palms to you). and about 8-12 neutral ones(the way you pictures)

Honestly? 33, full range, no moving your legs for momentum? I don't believe it unless you're an exceptionally strong little guy (below 140).

Always funny to read guy's lifting numbers, particularly on boxing forums. If I asked this on a fitness forum, I'd get numbers below 20, you know, honest answers. These guys train specifically to increase their pullup numbers and find it difficult to do so, but boxers, ****ing hell, they can just smash them out all day no problem.
