No way PBF fights him at 160, but I could see him doing it at 154, not saying he will...but I could see it. Either way, it would be a huge fight, and one that would generate a hell of a lot of interest and money.

Martinez recently said he's willing to go down to 150 didn't he? That's probably why the fight is in consideration.

Only if Floyd fights Sergio above 154! If Floyd fights Sergio at 160 or anything above 154 would be HUGE. Let's see how Floyd carries it.

Be careful, someone made a thread with your exact post but with Ortiz, and you know the rest. I don't believe it though.

Agreed with your entire post. But I'll be rooting for Floyd.

Anything is possible. Sergio isn't really a big 160lb'er anyway. I could see this fight happening @ a 157lb limit like the PW rematch.

Hate to throw this out there because I know that it means **** on the intrawebs but i said in an earlier thread today that Floyd will fight either Pac or Martinez in May and I do have a source within one of the stakeholders who slipped this to me last night. He has been wrong before but negotiations have been known to fall apart at any time as we all know.

It also wouldn't surprise me if this was simply posturing from PBF's camp for Arum to get his **** together and really try to make the Pac-Floyd fight.

Stop what? Nothing can erase whatever already happened. There's no excuses for how Floyd completely fell apart after talks of facing Manny got underway. He flipped his wig!:nut All the accusations, excuses and demands won't be forgotten.

Maybe Floyd can actually accept Sergio beating him rather than Pac. Can you imagine what the *******s would do if Pac beats Floyd? On the other hand, Argentinians aren't too crazy about Sergio (I have no idea why) and maybe Floyd wouldn't mind passing his torch to him if Floyd should lose. I'm sure Mayweather is confident that he'll win but if he's gonna go down, might as well lose to someone who really needs a big break.
