I can understand the demands like the OSDT, purse, or ring size, or gloves brand, but what I can not understand is why the goalposts moves everytime there is a new negotiation?

If Gayweather moves his goalpost, then the *****s would have to move theirs too!!! And that would make them look like spineless, brainless cretins who can not actually think on their own.

Now, they have to research for a drug that you can inject 7 days before the fight and make you superman as well. When they cannot specifically come up with one, they just resort to "take the test!".

that's why in the past we have great fights because the negotiations are easy to compromise....the demands are not outrageous , no primadonnas acting like a ***** and they call themselves boxers....i miss those times the ATG's fight for pride and honor

    you are really right!
the Mayweathers really want that they got all the advantage of the fight with their hands. But we'll just see what they got if that fight will take place.
And if that fight will take place,I do hope that my bet wins.

When Mayweather finally finds his balls to fight Pacquiao, we will know who really is the best in this era. Pacquiao by TKO. :yep

We have different perspectives in viewing things related to Pacquiao and Mayweather, both great fighters of this era. Nevertheless, I respect your own views.

But now that there should be no more issue with OSDT after Pacquiao on record has conceded to Mayweather's no cutoff drug testing, we will soon find out who ducks who if the fight still won't happen after the Pacquiao-Marquez III fight. :thumbsup

its funny actually that pac fans dont use the #1 P4P thing more often when yelling at *****s

Cos 100% sure if Floyd was #1 we would never hear the last of it

You Mayweather fans have some nice revisionist memory. Fact was they were just about neck and neck around the Pac-Marquez and Mayweather-Hatton fights. And it wasn't just because PacDBest was pushing for Pac to be #1.

I watched Pac-Barrera II the other day and Emmanuel Steward even said many consider Pacquiao the true #1 P4P (he was on a run where he stopped 22 of his previous 23 opponents).

That talk kind of died down after Pac and Marquez was a close fight and Mayweather knocked out Hatton. No doubt it would've heated up again, and with Mayweather's tendency since to not take any risky fights, Pacquiao would've easily surpassed him with the run he went on winning titles across 5 divisions in 7 fights.

Mayweather didn't take the #1 himself either, he got it by default when Hopkins lost. Fact is Pac solidified himself as the #1 by what he's done in the ring, feats thought unthinkable only a few years ago. Mayweather will never take it back. He'll need to fight Pac or Martinez, and history has shown he's always avoided the most skilful and dangerous opponents he's encountered.

Pac has been P4P #1 longer than Mayweather was, almost twice as long actually, he's won more FOTY awards, was voted FOTD.. can't take any of that away from him with cheap insults and that 'could, woulda, shoulda' mythical rubbish about what Floyd might've done but didn't.

Ain't that the ****ing truth! Floyd is the least believable of them all. He's not only driven by wanting to get as much as he can for the minimal risk, but by pure womanly-like jealousy of Pacquiao. Watch him in every interview, he's always rambling some rehearsed bull**** to degrade Pacquiao. He's trying to bring Pacquiao down hiding behind the media.

the fight between floydie and the dumb kid victor isnt enough to put floyd back in the no.1 spot....

and in addition he's not anymore the biggest draw in boxing face the fact its the PacMan , pretty boy is not the king of the world anymore and he cant get over it along with sr and rog

so in my opinion he is not in the position to make bigger demands......
