:roll: The HBO team were hyping up Ortiz so much throughout that fight it was ridiculous, Jim Lampley was about to blow a wad every time Ortiz through a punch. I have watched the fight 5 times in total now, both HBO and the english telecast (can't remember the name) and Ortiz was swinging but not landing anything clean. I suggest that you watch the fight again, this time with your eyes open. Pink

I suggest you watch the slo mo videos on youtube that clearly show Ortiz landing a lot of punches to floyds face.

Ortiz was losing and it was only going to get worse. Anyone that watches Floyd knew what he was gonna do once the ref said let's go. Victor quit. He could have gotten up from that two piece Floyd gave him. His heart pumps Kool-aid.

I think he felt like he fuked up. Once he headbutted him I think he felt like he was public enemy number 1. Ortiz is definitely weak mentally. He is ONLY 24 though but more than anything he needs to train his mind and develop more confidence. Even his fukin corner said nothing when Floyd went over to act as if he cared if Victor was ok. I think Vic and his whole corner were in awe of Floyd. Not because of the fight, but because Floyd is the p4p best next to Pac.
Ortiz was down 5 pts after 4 rds on 2 judges score cards(they had Mayweather winning the 4th) and had his eye starting to swell. Ortiz would have to either knock Mayweather out, Knock him down multiple times, or win 7 of the next 8 rds in dominating fashion all while protecting his right eye. Yea that's what was going to happen.
