Nothing bitter. Ortiz did do better than both of the last two opponents (Bearing the 2nd round in the Mosley fight... really an anomaly due to Naz's strategy not Mosley). It was competitive, and if Ortiz fought even smarter it could've been even more competitive.

The reality is no one around here was picking Ortiz to win. He was an 8-1 underdog. At best most people gave him a punchers chance and that he'd make it interesting early ,which he did until the sucker punch happened. Nothing overly surprising about that fight. Ortiz is a b-level southpaw who's never fought any elite level comp in his life. What planet are you living on?

Although I agree that Floyd has ATG skills, I doubt he'll be able to fight at an elite level into his 40's much less 50. Fighters in the lower weight classes bottom out faster. You must also remember that he's been fighting since the age of 7.
