    Really is a toss up!

Only thing that makes me MAYBE edge towards floyd is that he can adapt in a fight, i would not be betting any money on this fight if it happened.

    PBF by decision at 154

PBF by late stoppage at 150

    Martinez hasn't made 150 ever since 2003

Martinez is overrated. Apart from the size advantage Floyd is better in every category. I'd pick Floyd by decision, but Sergio could catch him with something who knows. This fight won't ever happen anyway.

If he's only advantage was the size Pac or Floyd will fight him. He has power, jab. weird angles, southpaw stance the list goes on and on and on. The guy KOed Cintron, Williams and almost stopped Pavlic so I can not see how he is overrated

hes overrated because PBF might fight him, if they wont fight, PBF is a coward and scared of Sergio.

Martinez overrated bandwagon is up and running.

A badly drained Martinez, at 150 pounds, loses. If he can make 154 without much of an issue, I'd pick him over Floyd.

If it happens mayweather better get his due when he wins. I was real surprised he was only 150 fight night last fight, he looks bigger than that. Shane was coming in around 160 and Floyd looked the same size as him.

Martinez will have a big weight advantage on fight night, it would be a huge victory for mayweathers legacy. I think he can do it as well because he is so well rounded and experienced with southpaws. Sergio is too used to having a large speed advantage and makes mistakes hes always gotten away with but Mayweather will be landing counters

Floyd is smart, he said he was 150, when he usually doesnt say hes fight night weight. When hes actually bigger and heavier.

those guys aren't exactly the most skilled fighters, none are going to be atgs or going into the hof

Floyd and manny have actually faced opponents that are atg and hof lock levels

compare the level of talent on Sergio's resume with Floyd for example

Mosley (future hofer maybe even lower ranked atg)
    Marquez (lower ranked atg)
    Hatton (hof lock)
    Oscar (lower ranked atg)

did I say that his resume is better than Floyd anywhere??? No I just stated that the guy has some very impressive wins in very impressive fashion and for me he is not overrated. Moreover he can just beat the guys that you put in front of him he was a pretty avoided fighter at 154 and there is nobody at 160 now.

I'm explaining why someone could think he is overrated since you asked

he has beat some decent fighters and looked good doing it, but those guys he beat weren't the elite of the elite

Would you say SM's speed is less than May. I think they're about equal in terms of ring smarts and speed.
