I repeat again, Floyd will never fight Pacquiao! forget the past negotiations, Floyd's too many excuses or alibis will never lead to a fight.

People keep saying that, but I only see one fighter coming up with excuses. Mayweather asked for one thing, and it hasn't changed. Pacquiao has filed a lawsuit, he claimed 14 days was too close to the fight to be tested even though he had earlier claimed that he just didn't want to be tested within a few days of the fight. Arum claimed the USADA is biased, and is now talking about Mayweather's court cases.

I believe that he strongly feels that Pacquaio is on something. I also believe that because he's being sued by Pacquiao, that he can't come out and say how he really feels.

Or he believes Pac is better THAN him and used this as psychological PLOY, because he knew that Pac didn't like having too many blood tests after the Morales loss???

I've watched that interview. Pacquiao complained because he was draining himself to make 130. He didn't eat or drink the day before the weigh in and having blood taken irritated him. Obviously this wouldn't be a problem against Mayweather as he wouldn't be starving himself to make 147. On top of that, he was originally offered a 14 day cutoff and rejected it. It doesn't matter anyway, as the that interview wasn't even in English and was done on a Fillipino tv station. I doubt Mayweather even knew about it.

the 18 days wasnt a cutoff date

it was the random date of the last random test

they also did blood testing after the fight

also it is good to note that USADA conducts tests in the USA for the WADA

its obvious that floyd thinks manny pac is on steroids

BigReg holding court but I am glad to see that the discussion is civilized.

I see your point, however, I believe that 5-6 random blood and urine tests would (a) discourage a person from cheating, and (b) would be more likely to catch something than a schedule urine only test.

I don't think that Floyd has moved anything. He wanted random tests up to the day of the fight. He offered a compromise at 14 days and it was rejected. Once rejected he went back to his original stance of random testing without a cutoff date. What else has changed (that Floyd himself has said, not rumor, Roger, or Senior)?

Agreed. He suspects Pacquiao, and he has a right to ask for more testing. Pac has a right to decline which he has emphatically and in many creative ways with many different excuses.

This is the question that I think we all should be asking ourselves.

I don't know how much more clear I could be. The reason he asked for these tests is because be really believes Pacquiao is on something. The reason his saying he wants to clean up the sport instead of his real reason, is because Pacquiao is suing him.

i don't know if floyd saying that he is cleaning the sports is a result of pacquiao suing him but knowing floyd he would just say anything that he feels good at the moment he says them. so you believe that all the cleaning the sport up is just another BS coming from floyd? simple answer is Yes or No.
