Round 1

Beranza comes in hooking at the body. High overhand rights by Beranza, and more left hooks to the body. Martin just backs up and leaves his left jab hanging out in Beranza's path. Martin looking smooth and confident as he backs up and rolls out his jab. Nice right hand up top by Beranza! Martin dances back and tucks up behind his arms. Long jabs by Martin, as Beranza rushes in and gets closer with his overhand rights while digging left hooks to the body. Nice shooting-star right hand by Martin reaching well up past his shoulder and then crashing down. Beranza keeps pressuring, popping out a slow but straight and steady jab. Martin spins in place as Beranza rushes by, looking like a matador as he counters on the turn. Beranza hooks away at him and gets Martin ducking and covering. Pair of long hooks by Martin.

It just stopped to buffer. It wasn't a full on crash, but I missed twenty seconds of the 2nd round. :twisted:

 

Round 2

Martin is jabbing and hopping backward out of Beranza's range. Martin works a left hook to the body, turning his own body into it while slipping a Beranza jab with an upward point of his chin. Beranza is circling and trying to hack and undercut to the body but finding difficulty getting in range past Martin's jab. Beranza triples his jab coming forward. Martin lands a nice left uppercut while hovering on a pocket of air in a tight circle around Beranza. Constantly letting his hands go, Beranza stays close but gets countered while mostly missing.

The TV card starts at 9pm EST (about an hour and a half). It has three fights scheduled.

It isn't HBO or Showtime. (although it should be). It's Fox Deportes.

 

Round 3

Beranza is busy with the left hand, throwing multiple jabs and hooking off of them to confuse Martin and make up for the hand speed disadvantage. Nice double hook upstairs and downstairs by Beranza. Martin is using his long legs, slightly bent, to bounce inside and outside and set up his own quick jabs and reaching rights. Beranza keeps up his workmanlike performance, getting inside and spanking the body with both hands. Wild can opener left hook leaping inside by Beranza. Jab/cross to the belly by Beranza, and he backs Martin up with a pair of hooks. Wild hook by Martin before the bell.
