No this isn't a great fight, so can it already. Despite his undefeated record, at 5'6 Bradley is a bit undersized for Welterweight and hasn't proven anything great at that division. He's much more accomplished at 140

right he has, but career wise, Tim has accomplished a lot more at 140

and what makes Bradley "deserving" of a Pacquiao fight again? Tim publicly pussed out of fighting Amir Khan because it was "too risky" (his own words)
so he's fighting a 40 year old Casamayor to cash out on a Pacquiao fight in May of next year.

it's def a smart business move on Bradley's part but I hate how pathetic and cowardly it was of Tim to basically admit Khan was too risky of a fight to take.

**only in boxing can cowardice be rewarded with a big payday.

Pretty much how I feel about this.

I encourage everyone to boycott all these "consolation bouts". There's less motivation for each side to make the fight happen when these easier fights still create financial windfalls.

I'm not going to put my life on hold because Floyd Mayweather is hiding behind drug-test BULL****. We cannot make Floyd take the fight, simple as that, therefore there is nothing whatsoever to be done except look to the next best thing. Pac vs Bradley is the best fight out there for Pac as things stand, and I'm really looking forward to it.

Lol everytime I hear "hiding behind drug tests" I can't help but laugh. Think about what your saying, by asking his opponent to take drug tests that he too will take, he's "hiding". Silly **** dude...

Bradley-Pacquiao might be the next best bout for Top Rank .. since both guys are Top ranks fighters

but why doesn't Pacquaio fight an actual welterweight, like Berto or something.

oppose to someone who's not well known, and small for Welterweight in Tim Bradley

You're right, it is silly to say that, since they DO drug test already.

Because while Pac is a WW, he's small. And IF Tim Bradley is next, at least we'd probably get a good scrap. Until Pac stops him. Right now, anything other then Pac vs. Bradley is a wash. So the best we can hope for is to be entertained.

Well lets see. Bradley couldn't pop a balloon with his power and he can be dropped quite easily with a solid punch.:think

But he's got heart and doesn't lay down for anyone, so this fight will be entertaining while it last.

I wouldn't be surprised if it ended as fast as Mayweather/Ortiz though.

It's probably the best fight out there without Mayweather. Nothing to really get excited about though, I think. It won't be very competitive.

Tim Bradley has little pop in his punches, and no real way of winning this fight. Minus using his head, but that isn't legal

he's only taking the Pacquaio fight for the money, and it's very unlikely that he'll be competitive with Manny.

Bradley will really have to impress the hell out of me, because unless it ends early from too many head clashes I see Tim getting stopped inside 4 rounds.

But Manny's fought Cotto, Mosley and DLH all at Welter .. who of note had Bradley fought at Welterweight?

They might both be the same height, but Manny is much more proven above 140. Sure Pacquiao isn't the biggest @ Welter, but he's had more significant wins at the weight when compared to Bradley

It would be a cherrypick of gargantuan proportions.

**** Tim "the deserter Ram" Bradley.

    That head is scary though.

The only satisfaction I would be getting is if Pac brutalizes Bradley like he did with Margarito.
