    1. hes a special talent, the most gifted boxer ive seen in quite some time. I think hes got every single tool a great boxer would want at his disposal. Everything.

    2. Since he established himself as the top guy at 147 (a few years ago) he has not faced a single real challenge. Hes number 1 yet hes never faced the divisions number 2. Prime SMM, Cotto, Margarito, Pacman. He wont risk his fame, his 0 loss record or his income by actually challenging against the best like a proper sportsman would do.

    3. He does not want to face Pacman unless he has the mental advantage of knowing Pacman is taking the type of blood taking that he once blamed for one of his previous losses, he claimed he has a mental condition that affected him mentally and physically and left him feeling weak and drained. Mayweather wants this to happen again or he wont fight him. Either that or he just doesnt wana face Pacman period.
