Khan vs Peterson is gonna be a great fight (Promo)

Since Maidana.. Khan will have fought 3 fighters in a row who WERNT as good as Maidana.

**** fight. He could have fought Maidana again. **** fight and nobodys arsed about this one.

He should have just gone up to 147 and fought Brook

 

Its 100 x better than Casamayor and Maidana last opponent.

 

It only went the distance because Bradley cant finish someone to save his life:yep

 

While that is true, its still not a fight to get excited about. I'm pretty sure Maidana would have happily faced Khan in December. We all know Khan is moving to 147 so why not just do it now?, what is Khan going to gain in beating Lamont Peterson?. The answer is nothing.

(BTW i don't blame Khan for not fighting Maidana again, he has already beaten him in a tough fight, its just the Boxing fan in me that would rather see that exciting rematch rather than Khan vs LP)

 

Nobody is defending this Casamayor fight of Bradleys.

In fact i hope Bradley gets beat.

 

It's another style to overcome. Incase you haven't been following 'tings, Khan is looking to land a fight with Mayweather next year. Not saying Peterson is a Mayweather, but he's a decent enough slick, counter-puncher to test yourself against.

It's more worthwhile than a Maidana or Prescott rematch, that's for sure (preperation wise).

 

That's all well and good for Khan to overcome another style, but as a fan the fight doesn't grab my attention. Even if Khan wins every round its not going to make me say "Wow Khan just beat Peterson, this means Khan is going to beat Mayweather"

Fight is signed now though so there's mo point me moaning, i just hope it turns out to be an entertaining fight.

 

Maidana is done with.... And you rate Brook above Peterson at this moment, let Brook do something then let them fight.

Out of all the people Khan has already faced in the 140 division; apart from Bradley Peterson is probably the best one out the lot.

i dont have a huge issue with the fight but he could have fought soto(whos doesn't do much other then fight bums)prescott or tried to get rios to move up to 140, peterson is a decent enough opponent but the other fighters would have made for more intriguing match ups

 

Who the f*ck has Brook fought? U.D a 39 year old Lovemore N'dou ffs. Really loving Kell's level of competition. Mosley would present more of a challenge for Khan's 147 debut which says more about Brook than it does Mosley
